Folia is built by a small team of one, so there is one inbox to reach us, and it is read by a person. Please write to [email protected].
What we can help with
- Support and bug reports. Something broken, a result that surprised you, a variety missing from a library, or a parcel boundary that landed in the wrong place. Please include the URL you were on and, if it is not private, the address you searched. Screenshots help.
- Product feedback. Ideas for what the tool should cover next, corners where the analysis felt off, or copy that read wrong on your land. Folia grows from real farmer and grower notes and we take them seriously.
- Account and data requests. Deleting a saved property, exporting what we hold about you, or closing your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
- Press and speaking. If you are writing about site-suitability tooling, honest read-outs of public agricultural data, or the small-grower software space, please introduce yourself and mention your outlet or event.
- Partnerships and research. University extension, breeding programs, nurseries, and regional trade groups: if there is a dataset you want to see reflected in Folia, or you want to compare notes on how the tool reads your region, we would like to hear from you.
Security disclosure
If you have found a security issue, please write to [email protected] with "security" in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge quickly and coordinate a fix before any public discussion. See /.well-known/security.txt for the machine-readable version.
Where we are
Folia is operated by Will Sykora as a sole proprietor, based in Maryland, United States. We do not publish a street address, because we work from home and Folia is a web tool, not a walk-in office. For anything postal, please ask by email first.
Reply time
You will normally hear back within a couple of business days. If your note is urgent, say so plainly at the top of the message and we will do our best to move it up.
For what to expect from the tool itself, see About. For the fine print, see the Terms of Use.
